Although the hotel looks a bit outdated from the outside, we had a really nice and big room with a kingsize bed (and good mattress), a big and modern bathroom, a livingroom with couch and minibar, and even a small terrace. Personal was friendly and we could leave our car on the big parking for free during our 4-day stay. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choice, and there are also a few restaurants in the complex (from simple lunch to fine dining options). From the room, we could walk to the Spa & Welness complex in our bathrobes and slippers. The welness complex itself was super nice with a lot of options to relax & swim. There is also a huge fitness (although some of the equipment is a bit old) but the sauna complex itself is really top notch and gives a lot of different options to lose some sweat at different temperatures.

Everything most particularly the friendly staff and the serene atmosphere. Staff went up and above just to help out when stuck. I wish i got there names. But all staff were fantastic. My kids who are from mixed ethnicity as I am Black and my wife is white felt very welcome. The room was spectacular I will call the Hotel The Dolce Ritz Vita. Yes comparing it to the Ritz London. As the wall plastering were grandeur. If only they had a sky scraper or some magnificient building. They would be a 5 star hotel

First of all I would like you thank you. Not only good things happened on holidays and it's very importart how professional the hotel staff are and how they react in crisis situations. This time the SPA crew members passed the exam and practically saved my husband's life. We will never forget what you have done. Big, big THANK YOU! I would like to also thanks to the reception people, to make it easy and help me with everything. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, quaiet, well equipped and comfy. Variety of SPA facility and treatments was amazing (the chocolate wrap was memorable!) Hospitality on the top level. BRASSERIE MAUS KÄTTI offer delicious food and serves you with a smile and warmth. I recommend Villa Welcome and Mondorf domaine thermal from the bottom of my heart. 💜

The service was very good and the staff spoke good english. Dogs are welcomed to the hotel, which is an extra plus, not many places in the area allow dogs and also compared to other places in the area the price was very good. The staff were considerate with our furry friend and gave us a bigger room so we all fit. We didn't expect that kind of service and were very surprised with the room that was more like a flat with it's own bedroom and living room, very spacy and with nice view. The breakfast was modest, but it was enough. The surrounding area is quiet, not many restaurants, but the Hotel has its own restaurant. Can't say anything about that, since we didn't eat there. There is a nice park in the area to have a stroll at, and very close to the Mondorf SPA.

A truly amazing hotel, staff and spa facilities everything including the weather was perfect. The health box at the poolside bar lovely. The peeling sauna great! The Dolce Vita restaurant great italian food and good value. The villa welcome great hotel.

This is an upscale spa where guests can go to get away from...

This is an upscale spa where guests can go to get away from it all and get pampered in a variety of ways with excellent food and all the necessary comforts. We used it as our home base to see family and attend the Formula 1 at Spa Franchorchamps. It is totally suitable for spa activities, just staying at a wonderful hotel for other reasons, and to get away from it all.

The best SPA I ever try!

The best SPA I ever try! It's not the first time I am visiting Mondorf-les-Bains. We usually spend some hours at SPA, and we enjoy it very much. This time we decided to spend the night over. It definitely met my expectation, and I will come back.

I arrived late on the evening of October 12, 2022 and left the car in a parking lot far from the disabled parking lot, but on the morning of October 13, 2022 I was surprised to receive a fine of 145 euros for leaving the car in a disabled parking lot. After confirming the position It turns out that the special sign for the disabled has been erased due to use and is difficult to see at night. Therefore, please inform the hotel management of placing phosphorous and stinging signals I hope that you will contact the hotel management and ask them to pay this fine because the responsibility falls on them . Bad Mondorff is very pleasant.

Bad Mondorff is very pleasant. If you enjoy walking, the spa park is within easy reach of the hotel. The swimming pool is also just a short walk away. There are several restaurants, all offering delicious food.

Nice hotel in the center of Mondorf. Casino and hotel are in a way separate so you don't need to play the slots to stay here. Advantage of the casino is that there is a large free parking in front of the hotel. You go through the slot area for the elevators to the rooms. The room was big, with a nice bathroom and good beds. You get some water for free. The breakfast buffet was really good with a lot of choice, good coffee and a cozy setting to start your day.

Met by friendly staff at the desk, the hotel and the room were both spacious, modern and very well finished, the room and the bathroom being generous and spotless, it looked practically new. Parking was easy, directly outside.

I liked nothing in this place, food was not edible, just horrible, and hotel looks run down with javel spots all over carpets, design is combination of zillion styles and quite painfull to look at
