The hotel was located right in the city's heart, making everything easy to a walkable distance. Due to a change in our plans, we needed to stay one night earlier than planned, and we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp. Manal, the staff member, looked after us, even though we needed to stay 2 days in advance to leave for the desert tour and then return 2 days later, she managed to get us a room, was very friendly and amazingly supportive of whatever we needed. 2 days later, we returned from the desert tour and she recognized us straight away by faces and names. She immediately helped us with the bags to show us the new room. While showing us the room, she asked if we had a taxi arranged to the airport the next morning and as we didn't, she arranged us a driver to take us from the hotel to the airport. Her talented customer service and excellence in business knowledge made my, and my wife's stay a memorable experience. It's valid to mention as well the two Mohameds in the reception who were so friendly and polite. Easygoing fellas, and good people to talk with. They both helped us with our luggage, and breakfast and shared a bit of the local knowledge as well which made a big difference for us as we had zero knowledge about the local culture, places and people. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone passing by Morocco. The location, the structure, the rooftop swimming pool and especially the staff are a plus to make anyone's holiday even better!

Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The attention to detail, the stunning design of the lobby and choice of aroma. The design of the poolside and the little hammocks was so relaxing, even the room was so neat and clean and the TV allowed us to connect to our Netflix. It was all so tasteful and so luxuriously decorated, I’m a fan of the feature walls in the lobby and how they matched the furniture. Very cool. I also found it quite cool that they have their own vegetable garden and use it in the food they prepare. The hotel is basically brand new, State of the art door locks with a combination key, fresh and clean rooms that are cool and quirky. The staff were so warm and welcoming, proper Moroccan hospitality and they extended their care in an outstanding way. I will never forget the courtesy they showed us and made sure that we were happy no matter what. Trust me, by the end of our stay we were very happy. Our stay at Yin hotel truly made up for the previous “5 star” hotels we stayed at in the other cities because it really was on an international 5 star level yet small enough that we were given special treatment and the full attention of all the staff and even a meeting with the owner! I feel like family now and we will definitely return to Marrakech one day because of this wonderful place we could call home for a few days.

The most amazing stay in Marrakesh. From before I checked in, I was contacted to see if I needed anything ahead of my stay. I was also able to arrange my delicious dinner which was a godsend after hiking Toubkal and having no desire to go exploring for food! I was greeted when I arrived with mint tea and biscuits. Room was so clean and great shower (well needed after Toubkal!). Lovely breakfast with generous coffee! Lovely roof terrace to relax in before my flight home!
