Fantatsic Hotel for families! The staff was amazing, we travelled with our 5 year old and my 85 years old mother in law. They just looked after us so well. The animation team was outstanding, what I loved most was that they asked you to join an activity, but if you didn't feel like it, they left you in peace. No pushing or annoying the guests! The put on a super show for Halloween. The kids loved it! The food was delicious and we never had any issues re bad tummies etc.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We came from Ireland and I actually thought we had booked a 5 star hotel as it was our honeymoon. I was worried when it was four star that it wouldn't be as special but it just left us wondering how it wasn't five star? It is more beautiful than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in in Ireland.

It was amazing the staff were nice and abdulla and tarek and mustafa and mohammed and maryam were great and we felt like family. We got helped with what we needed during our stay. The view from the hotel room was nice and you can get breakfast in your room
