Fantastic hotel, recommend it 100% to everyone. The moment I booked, Shiyam (the owner of the hotel) whatsapped me and helped me coordinate the speedboats (60 USD each way, less than 2h) + sent me a catalogue with all the activities (whale shark encounter, manta ray, etc) and the whole trip prepation was very smooth and easy. Once I arrived to the island they picked me up from the port and transferred to the hotel and was received by Anoof - a great guy - who gave me a coconut as a welcome drink. The property is small, 7-8 rooms aprox and very well taken care off. It was inaugurated in November 2024 and everything is very new and clean. The room was very spacious, AC was working perfectly, super clean and comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom and shower. Wifi was working perfectly from both the room and the restaurant. The hotel is a at a walking distance from the beaches and the "main street" of the island which has some souvenir stores and tiny supermarket. The hotel offers bikes for free and you can rent mopeds. Hotel provides towels you can take to the beach of for excursions. The whole island is 3km long and you can easily walk from the hotel to the very end of the island in about 45min-1h. This walk has the most beautiful beach you will ever see. One of the best islands I've ever been to. Breakfast is included with the room and offers both a local option and international. Quality is really good. Take into account everything in Maldives, specially in tiny islands, is imported so finding basic things such as eggs or fresh vegetables is neither easy nor cheap, however this hotel offers good products. The food from the restaurant is also quite good. The Maldivian curry and the rice with Tuna were delicious. Finally, excursions have very decent prices. Whale shark 90 USD (compared to the 500 USD that resorts charge, and it is the same sea and animals), Manta Ray (60 USD), etc. If I am ever back in Dhigurah I will certainly stay here

The resort is clean and well managed, location is very near the beach where we can sunbathe and snorkel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Ms Lola and her assistant Mayddie. We had a splendid time!

This hotel is simply amazing, I absolutely loved it! They've really thought of everything for your comfort: there's a hair dryer, beach towels, and daily housekeeping. They constantly replenish the water supplies. The rooms are very cozy, and the bed is super comfortable! The air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast is tasty and filling. The service is just wow! The people working at the hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive. They communicate with everyone, are always ready to help, and do everything to make sure you have a perfect vacation! It feels like in a resort)) And Dhigurah Island is absolutely breathtaking!

We can’t recommend this place enough! The staff at Sun Beach Dhigurah were incredibly kind and accommodating to both me and my partner during our 3-night stay. They even arranged for us to go snorkelling -free of charge. It was an unforgettable experience, and we had an amazing time being shown all the aquatic wildlife the corals had to offer. The staff were also very helpful from the moment of arrival - taking our luggage for us and getting us to the accommodation. They were great with organizing excursions, getting us to them and making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We asked for some bikes to cycle the island and they delivered them to the door of the accommodation and accommodated us when we asked to keep them for the next day- even though we asked around 9pm. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfy- enough for a 12 hour sleep after lots of sleepless travelling. They always topped up the coffee, tea, and water, which was helpful for our early starts hunting the sunrise on the sandbank and for the whale shark tour we did. If you're looking for a place with warm hospitality, great experiences, and top-notch service Sun Beach Dhigurah is a great place to stay. For the cheapest accommodation we could find on Booking, it surpassed all expectations and then some.

We had an incredible stay at this property in Dhigurah. The place is spotless, with a fresh and modern design that instantly makes you feel at home. The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable. The space is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts are some of the kindest, most caring people I've met, always going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The boat excursions were the best activities we had, we saw dolphins, whaleshark, turtles, manta rays, recif sharks and amazing coloured fishes. This island is amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
