It was a real stay in paradise ! The park is gorgeous and the pool and spa area was great too. The hotel itself is magnificent. Breakfast was great with a buffet and a à-la-carte menu with eggs and pancakes. The best of the best was the staff, super professionnal and kind and helpful. The receptionist who greeted us was lovely and a real ray of sunshine during our stay.

We could not have found a better location. We went for the Zipline and luge and were pretty much on their doorstep. The room was basic but had everything we needed in it. The common area had something for everyone.

Felt welcomed. Host was very pleasant! Nice surroundings. We really liked description of the animals living on the property. The house itself felt spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a nice stay. Also the location is great with a car because it is further away from busy town and is very calm and felt private.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly soft, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and engaging, making for some enjoyable conversations. The bathtub was spacious, and the room was warm and cozy. Additionally, the view from the room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely outstanding stay! This house is stunning – modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was fresh and super comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Every window framed a beautiful picture, adding to the charm of the place. The real highlight was the huge grassy area – an absolute paradise for kids! They had endless fun bouncing on the trampoline, playing soccer, and sliding under the trees. It truly felt like a home away from home – warm, inviting, and so well thought out. A flawless 10/10 stay – highly recommended!

Donna met us on arrival and explained our room and what’s on. The room was self contained and ample. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were lots of fresh goods in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. An outstanding experience. Recommended to all. Thank you.

Hamurana is a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of...

Hamurana is a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of Rotorua. Close enough to all the attractions with the added bonus of peace and quiet. Our accommodation on the Lake edge was so tranquil and peaceful we 'hunkered ' down for the weekend choosing only to venture out for walks.
