We had a wonderful stay at ZL Travellers Inn. The place is only a few months old so everything is very new, clean and tidy. Hot showers and comfy beds. It was perfect for our 3 night stay to explore Carmen and surrounding areas. They served us a different breakfast each morning, which was lovely Bonus: the cafe below serves wonderful food and drinks! Would 100% recommend. 5⭐️

Our stay at the hostel was awesome. We didn't have the best weather, but the owners Lhoy and Jean made the stay really unique and enjoyable. The food was tasty, we got to try fresh fruits and cocoa drinks. Lhoy took us on a hike with a nice view on the chocolate hills while avoiding large groups of tourists. Locationwise the hostel is superb and the most interesting locations are easily reachable with a scooter. The bungalos are simple, yet comfy and we didn't have any problems with mosquitos. Overall I can absolutely recommend this homestay for people that are looking for an adventurous experience in Bohol!

Great house, the room was cosy. Host was kind and gave us tips for our trip. It is super close to the chocolate hills (walking distance feasible). You can also enjoy real coffee, which is a plus in the region !

Casas de Ruumar isn't just a bed and breakfast, it's an experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the attentive hosts. Their attention to detail was incredible, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. The accommodation itself was pristine. Everything was clean, high-quality, and readily accessible, making me feel instantly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts even went above and beyond, offering to cook a delicious homemade meal and ordering takeaway for me after a long day of exploring. The beautifully maintained grounds were another highlight. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and inviting, and the lush plants and tidy garden added to the peaceful atmosphere. This has to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. The combination of the attentive hosts, pristine accommodation, and beautiful surroundings created an unforgettable experience. If it had been possible, I would have definitely extended my stay! I highly recommend Casas de Ruumar to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious escape in the Philippines.
