Excellent value for money. Very big room with huge super-soft bed and nice balcony. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - special thanks to the lovely man on reception who shared his meal with me when all the food shops were closed (sorry I didn't catch your name - you are a lifesaver :) )

Everything, the hotel was amazing – everything was clean, well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always helpful, attentive, and truly made our stay special. On our last day, they even surprised us with drinks and chocolates as a thank-you, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is not far from the centre of Ramallah, but is in a quiet area easier for parking. I had a corner room with windows on 2 sides and a balcony. The room had lots of space, including a small kitchen. The breakfast served on the top floor was nice, and I particularly enjoyed the juice with fresh herbs.

The location is great, and the building is exceptionally clean with all facilities included and available: well working wifi, all kitchen appliances (even two different coffee machines!) washing machine, AC conditioner, multiple bathrooms well kept, clean carpets, couches and nice chairs all over the place to relax! beds are comfortable and fresh towels and sheets with blankets are available together with lockers and locks for the most forgetful ones! value for price is absolutely perfect. Taher and his family really go beyond expectations! From providing you with all indications to reach th Hostel villas with ease, and accompany you, explaining about the area, the history and life in the city, as well as local tips and events for the night life and concerts. You can warm up yourself under the sun in the garden around, some couch and sofa in the outside patios and terrace, relax in the main living room or eat and learn as much as you wish about the local life also joining one group or the owners taking you out for breakfast in the weekend :) Amazing, wonderful place. I felt at home all the time. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable with easy check-in. I was informed breakfast was in the morning but I told them I was fasting so I would not eat morning breakfast. When I arrived back later that night the night receptionist (a man, I didn't get his name) told me he can arrange for the chef to prepare food for me (suhoor). This was a very kind gesture which was repeated the following night. This man was exceptionally kind and patient with great English and is a great asset to the Hotel.

Small gem in Ramallah, newly opened, very nice, comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful facility. The staff is very nice and almost too discreet. The welcome can be improved further, but I think that will certainly happen with a few more months of experience. The inn is within walking distance of the old town, very convenient to the centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended.

It is a very comfortable, with very good conditions and very clean place in Ramallah. Also in a very quiet area, so it's a great place to rest after wandering through Ramallah. Great value for money. Staff is also very polite.
