Such a wonderful place to stay. Owners were very kind and welcoming. Very comfy bed; had fridge in a room, which is always a plus; water, coffee was available too- beautiful touch. Very beautiful location, tasty breakfest, nice room. Owner gave us some very good tips, where to have dinner in the town near by.

This is a great quality hotel. The staff were super attentative from the reception to the dinner service. The hotel is modern, clean, efficient and comfortable. Rooms & beds & showers etc were great. They stored our bicycles safely downstairs. Evening meal was superb (I had lamb chops !) and the staff really looked after us at dinner. Breakfast was also great & set us up for long day south.

The room was beautiful with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was amazing with plenty of sunbeds the food was exceptionally good and brilliant value for money the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great

I loved my stay at Solar Dos Frades! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I was able to check in early and also chill at the pool past our checkout time. The breakfast was really nice too! We had fresh cake and orange juice and even scrambled eggs for our family every morning. A proper Alentejo stay. Very relaxing. There isn't lots to do in the town and some restaurants were closed but if you're after a relaxing family getaway then this is it! Will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay at this place! It’s perfect for families, with plenty of things for kids to play with and enjoy. The space is big and comfortable — we were able to park one car inside the property and another right in front of the door without any problem. The village where the house is located is very calm and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and kind, always attentive and very nice with us. We highly recommend it, especially for those traveling with children.
