There isn't a single word to explain. This place is something where you forget your frustration and live your life once again. The smile of imilia (staff of Casa do alto) is so welcoming that even after climbing those hills, you will forget your tiredness once you see her. The owner of Casa do Alto is so polite and friendly that next time, I will not even think about another option when I visit Benefita.And neighbours were of next level they didn't let us feel that we are just visitor. They even gave us lift so manytime, because there is no bolt or Uber in the middle of the mountain. Everyone there in benefita gave us so much love and care that couldn't be even expressed in my words. And if you are not travelling with your own vehicle, not to worry, there is Jose Alberto (taxi driver) who will drive you till the city where public transport are available

The manager was very kind and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed and made our vacation a fantastic one. I would 100% come back again. Charging our car was also free, which was a really nice bonus. 🤗 The location is quiet, and we didn't have any problems. The pools are also cleaned daily, so it's very hygienic. 👍
