We have just had the most wonderful, relaxing holiday at Hotel Horta da Moura. The hotel is lovely and welcoming, set in acres of ancient olive and citrus trees within a beautiful landscape. Flavia and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our holiday special. Our room was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, I was especially grateful for having a gluten-free treat presented every morning! Swimming in the infinity pool bathed in the scents of citrus and cyprus will sustain me through the winter! There is much to see and do, with plenty of good restaurants a short drive away. We fell in love with the region of Alentejo and I am sure we will return soon to Horta da Moura. Thank you!

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. This is a truly spectacular property that exceeded even our high expectations. The staff and service were fantastic and the place gives you an immediate sense of calm. The surroundings are absolutely stunning. What we also appreciated was that the food, drinks and activities were not overpriced, so you left feeling like you were not taken advantage of, which can be the case for a lot of high end hotels. The food was delicious and in beautiful settings.

This place is great! It was the most clean place I stayed at in years, decorated with great taste and with aewsome views. We did enjoyed a most beautiful sunset from our balcony, whirl having a nice red wine, selection of the owner. The breakfast was also great, with some cortesy croissants that were the best I ate in years. What an amazing place indeed!!
