It was short couple break which was planned last minute. We decided to spend it in Qatar, but in a quiet area far from city centre and diplomatic area . Although The OQ was attractive logo, there were only few reviews that can help to make a decision to stay there in such special break, but the price and photos of high floors and sea views were attractive… and thanks God the reality was beyond our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with that lovely smile, warm reception and chat from Sufian, Hajar, Yasin and all the guys at the entrance associated with big wows about the OQ decoration and beauty. The team choice of our suite 1103 was another story started from the spacious area,balcony sea views and the suite’s decoration and ambiance completed by special warm and gentle welcoming card, complementary sweet tray and red flowers bouquet from the famous name in hotels’ hospitality Chole Chlala (The OQ GM) which took our breath away:) Mr.Rashaunt’s touch for the red flowers on the bed, Ms. Prushanthani housekeeping team leader added some special warm feelings as soon as we entered. A lady from the staff called Jharana was at desk reception she was amazing she made our stay unforgettable coz she helped us a lot. And a man called Rafik as well was super nice my son forgot his sweat at the lobby so he took it and kept it in our room .

It is indeed a great experience the staff are friendly and approachable, about the breakfast it was sumptuous and exceeds our expectation. Lagoona waitress and staff are helfull with our needs and comfort. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and aesthetic room very instagrammable . İ liked everyrhing. İ admired everyrhing. İt is a fantastik hotel. May ve there is anywere a better hotel, but hardly a more souful. The personel is beyond any praise. I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday
