Just finished my booking and honestly, I'm already planning my return. The moment I 'checked in' (mentally, at least), I felt like I'd stumbled into a postcard that suddenly decided to offer me a comfy bed and excellent hospitality. The only downside? My suitcase is now severely depressed because it knows it has to leave. If you're looking for a place where 'charming' is an understatement and 'unforgettable' is just the beginning, then you've found your spot. Seriously impressed and highly recommend it

I really liked the studio when I found it on Booking, but now, after 5 days staying there, I adore it! It is located in a charming cottage in the green forest, surrounded by peace and quiet. The studio is absolutely cozy, stylish, clean and comfortable. Every detail is made with exceptional taste and very cleverly. The host is a wonderful person. He gave us valuable advices and we had great, seamless communication with him. Overall, this is an excellent place for the amenities, ambiance and location. Good to visit during ski season. Little to do outside of it. Not to mention the access from Bucharest and even Brasov. Awful traffic all thorough the year. Many hours spent is a standstill queue. Other much better alternatives available.

Azuga is a very quiet resort that is currently in a touristic restoration/rebirth period. At the moment Azuga is not that known and it a lot less busy than Busteni/Predeal/Sinaia. But this tourist city offers a lot of sports-related attractions, cycling (both XC and downhill), hiking, walking outside, ATVs, Motorcycles, skiing in the winter, and others. The trails are not as known as the others but they offer stunning views of the neighboring mountains with easy hikes.

It looked like an abandoned city, unfortunately. You can go to Sorica and take the Gondola that takes you to the mountain plateau. Very beautiful views from there and you can see Bucegi mountains or hike at Baiului Mountains. We loved the food at Casa Azugeana.

If you like the place for yourselves, than Azuga is the...

If you like the place for yourselves, than Azuga is the place to be. It was almost nobody on the streets and the place looked deserted. I could find parking spaces wherever I wanted. It is a good destination if you want peace and quiet. In the summer you will mostly only find the locals there.

Stayed here with the family (6 year old + spouse) for a ski weekend and absolutely loved it! The host is an absolute gentleman and was extremely accommodative of our check-in & check-out timings. The ski slopes are at less than 5 minute walk distance from the apartment with everything you need for a perfect ski vacation in its vicinity. The apartment is very well provided and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended for everyone and we are certainly coming back here again!

The pool was great, the room very clean, the food also very good. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is also nice since you can take a hike un the nearby forrest and the ski slopes are about 14 minutes walking distance. The kids also enjoyed the small but very smartly designed and equipes interior playground.
