Everything was top notch: new clean bedlinen, towels and bathrobes, room decor, swimming pool! Beautiful view from the window and the terrace! Very friendly staff!!!!! Everything was perfect! Definitely we'll stay at the hotel CASCADA again on our next visit to our favourite Baile Olanesti! We even stayed for a few more days because we really didn't want to leave!

Excellent location. Free parking although it s small and busy we managed to find a spot everyday. It s an old communist hotel that s been partially refurbished and exceed my expectation in both comfort and value for money. We had dinner twice and food was good. Not many choices for breakfast. Bathroom is small but functional. Room is clean and very quiet. Overall a good experience. Lady from reception was very helpful and friendly. Olanesti is nice area and parks are very clean.

The hotel is great for a 3* compared to many others in Romania or abroad. The staff was nice and helpful and the location has great facilities with an amazing spa! Totally recommend buying the room with spa access. Special thanks to the staff at the spa who were over the expectations! Amazing program at the sauna!

Our stay at this house was nothing short of perfect – we couldn’t have imagined a better place for our trip. The location is ideal, the house is situated pretty much in the middle between Transalpine and Transfăgărășan so it is the perfect place to choose if you want to explore both of these iconic roads. It’s located on the hill so the view of the mountains is awesome. It’s the perfect place to just relax because of the quiet, peaceful surroundings, yet it’s still just a 15-minute drive to the nearest city and markets if you need anything. The inside of the house was just as impressive as the outside! The design is beautiful - raw wood furniture is really nice and it adds a cozy, rustic touch to everything. Both the bed and sofa were super comfortable. And the hammock chair? It was my personal favorite. I spent hours on it, just reading books and relaxing! While the house itself is remarkable, the experience was made even better by the host. We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful and attentive person! The owner was super, super nice, always ready to help, responding quick and making sure our stay was the best as it could be! He made sure we had everything we needed and recommended us a salt mine to visit - if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t know this place existed. He made the whole stay even better :) This place really exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!!

Our stay at this house was nothing short of perfect – we couldn’t have imagined a better place for our trip. The location is ideal, the house is situated pretty much in the middle between Transalpine and Transfăgărășan so it is the perfect place to choose if you want to explore both of these iconic roads. Both the bed and sofa were super comfortable. And the hammock chair? It was my personal favorite. I spent hours on it, just reading books and relaxing! While the house itself is remarkable, the experience was made even better by the host. We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful and attentive person! The owner was super, super nice, always ready to help, responding quick and making sure our stay was the best as it could be! He made sure we had everything we needed and recommended us a salt mine to visit - if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t know this place existed. He made the whole stay even better :) This place really exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!!
