Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.

I really liked the place — it is small but very cozy. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the room was very warm. I truly enjoyed spending my time there. I would only suggest adding a small area or mat for shoes near the room entrance, especially during rainy weather, as it’s a pity to bring street dirt onto the new carpet.

Very stylish hotel, quite cozy and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is good, easy access to public transport and taxi (it was cheap around 5-6€ to the city centre).

The apartment had two bedrooms and two baths, was clean and warm, had all the needed facilities, including coffee and tea. It is located at around 12-15 min by tram to the Christmas Market, no need to drive there, especially that the apartment came with a parking slot. The staff was friendly and helpful, we received all the information we needed. We recommend it!
