Very friendly receptionist. Fantastic location if you need to get to the airport. Large and clean room and a bathroom. Very good breakfast and excellent coffee, one of the best I had in a long time, strong, strong, strong👏👏👏. Thank you Praia Hotel for these big coffee cups. The hotel also provides a free shuttle🙏🙏🙏

Geovanni is a very welcoming host that speaks English very well. The rooms are clean and tidy and offer everything you need. The breakfast the served is delivious and gets you ready for the day exploring São Tomé. The location is right in the city center and allows you to explore everything by foot. The place is perfectly clean. The people in reception were very helpful, although the frequent blackouts in Sao Tomé make their life rather complicated. A place close to the airport. Good breakfast despite of early time of our departure.

Great value for money. Central location, good room size, A/C worked perfectly, clean room with good water pressure...nice balcony to watch the life below. The lady owner didn't speak English well but nothing Google Translate can't resolve. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On one day I found complementary pastries in my room which was a nice touch. There is a nice supermarket next door that has everything you may need. I was able to walk in the night to get some food. It is safer than it may look at night. Some guests have reported noise feom cars on the street...didn't really affect me as I always carry ear plugs. It is easier to wear them than silence the world. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
