Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.

The beds were so comfortable the pillows were absolutely fluffy clean and just overall the room was amazing,also the shower was the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel for a while the pressure was just amazing. We had a great refrigerator coffee daily and the best part I got my deposit minutes after checking out

I have stayed here many times and find everything is great in the hotel. I leave very early in the mornings so am unable to partake of the breakfast buffet.

We were double charged for the room.

We were double charged for the room. Did not state anywhere in my reservations that there was a 35.00 plus tax a day parking fee, such a scam for 3 miles away from the airport. Shuttle doesn’t run most of the day closed 930 am to 530 pm . We had a rental and we were pleased with it no connection to hotel . Manager on duty only refunded part of what they charged, and was billed 2 X for parking, better part of 75.00 bucks . No pool just the minimum amenities. Breakfast was descent.

We booked this stay due to an early morning flight out of...

We booked this stay due to an early morning flight out of SFO. Their free shuttle runs 24/7 and was able to easily get us to the airport in time for our flight. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I recommend staying here.

Trip was the search for apartment housing for daughter...

Trip was the search for apartment housing for daughter beginning veterinary residency. The apartment search was less than successful, but we found wonderful restaurants and strolled along the shoppes of Burlingame every evening. Running biking paths were all around. Burlingame, San Mateo and surrounding areas are all lovely. Prices are high, parking is difficult, but overall one of the best parts of Northern California.

Burlingame is okay.

Burlingame is okay. I stay at the hotel because it is near the airport. Crime is very high in the area. Car break ins and theft are a big problem. Don't feel safe walking in the neighborhood at night.

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the...

My son left his switch in the room’s drawer, we called the Hotel immediately after we notice about my son forgot his switch, and was told to leave message for house keeping department, many voice message was sent, never get a call back from them. On our way home from Bay Area, we stop by the hotel, talk to the front desk’s manager, she is pretty nice, and took us to the room, and we check the switch is not there, and was told the house keeper may keep and the department was closed, manager don’t have the key to it, and she told us they will check their lost and found the next day, will give us a call back. Next day they call back and left the message stated that they didn’t find the switch, for sure the house keeping department they took it!

The room was so tidy and clean. I chose this hotel largely due to its cheerful yellow interior, and I really liked it. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I liked the strong water pressure of the shower. Its location is superb with the Bayfront views and the trail is lovely for a stroll. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and their service of holding your luggage is most appreciated. And, their shuttle service is excellent. Such a great hotel!!!!

The bed was absolutely beautiful experience especially after coming off an 11 hour flight. The sheets were superb quality and the pillows were amazing.What I loved about the Crowne was peace and quiet. I heard nothing zilch nada. Also the view from my room had the lights of the city but I heard no traffic sound.There is a lovely walk by the ocean just on the hotel entrance and an overhead walk way to a lovely little town- Burlingame.

great location, very pleasant, on the waterfront , the swimming pool looked great although i didnt have enough time, very sunny and clean. room looked out on the water, but not noisy. felt very safe there as a single female. front desk staff helpful. good value. very nice old fashioned american diner just next to the hotel, which had live piano, bass, and drums with singer music !!! lovely food there.

It's a bit of an older hotel near the Airport. All clean and nice, but not now. We had good service on arrival. Breakfast was great, you could order from the restaurant with the included vouchers and we got top notch breakfast.
