Very comfortable, spacious apartment with everything needed for the say in a great location. It is fully equipped, so if needed you can cook, wash and dry clothes for yourself. Everything was exactly, like in a pictures. Apartment is nicely decorated: simply and modern. 5 mins to the beach, although, if you want to walk to "free sunbeds" it's couple of minutes further. 2 mins to Walmart, couple of minutes to restaurants and bars. Separate thanks to the owner, who was super nice and helpful - replying within minutes. Valet parking was working really smoothly. The car would be ready usually within 3-5 mins. However, I expect this is because of the off-season period. Might be different, when the place is crowded.

Positive: - It is an appartment complex, most probably with private owners, who rent out their flats. You have a small gym, a swimming pool. - We got an appartment on the 28th floor (has 32 I think) - the view is just amazing! - The room is neat, clean, had every basics - microwave, TV, coffee-maker, watercooker, desk. - We had a terrace - the view, the View!!! - Because of the rules there were no loud partyanimals at night. - If you go to the beach, you can get a towel as well as by the pool.

The host replies to questions very rapidly through Booking.com messages. The place was spotless clean. It had all you need, utensils, dishes, microwave, fridge with freezer (we would freeze some water bottle for the next day trip to put in cooler, so the freezer works very well. The beds were comfortable, I slept in the big bed and daughter in law in the futon bed, there is also a 3rd mattress under the futon but we did not use it. There are beach towels and many other things for the beach. There is no key so you need to write down the code (given to you by the host in messages in booking.com), or screen shot it with your phone. We really enjoyed our stay. We at first were hesitant to book this place as there was only 1 review on booking.com, so we took a chance and we did not regret it at all. There is a parking pass and you can park either in the front or side of the building. We did not use the pool as we were there for our small non profit business. The condo is a very good size as we had 9 container bins spread out on the floor as we were packing donations we had received to be shipped by boat in Miami, I was impressed with the space we had to be able to do so.

Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

Thee property was clean and well-appointed but we never could get the hot water to work in the shower and calling the representative did not attempt to solve this problem. The TV's did not have any directions and we could not get them to work, I think they use Alexa and we did not know how to access. We admit we probably did not know how to activate but there were no directions provided. Overall it is clean and well-appointed, we would have give it an excellent review if we had hot water for our shower, checking in problems with the wrong property and no directions on activate the TV.

This area is great location wise in the middle of Hollywood beach, 30 minutes from Miami and south beach area. and we actually drove down to Key West, which only took 4 hours to get to. good spots to eat food. and the beach was nice and clean. I would definitely stay in this area again

The resort was just as shown.

The resort was just as shown. All the bed and bathrooms are large and accommodating. The resort is very well maintained and safety is a priority. They have transportation to the beach but we walked and it only took 10 minutes. There are several grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

Everything was good for me. I ate healthy food cooked by myself. Supermarkets in walking distance. Clean room, clean lines, kitchen has everything to feel free cook food what you like. Toilet works good. TV, AC.chairs and towels for the beach. i didn't have problems staying here.

We liked Hallandale Beach but our experience at this Air B&B...

We liked Hallandale Beach but our experience at this Air B&B was bad!!! The room was small and dirty. We found soiled linens and we immediately complained and they said we had to call the owner of the Air B&B to have the linens replaced. We called but we still were not satisfied with the linens and the room was dirty! I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!

The location of the resort and the view is fantastic.

The location of the resort and the view is fantastic. First time staying in this area. Nearby Super Walmart across the road, walking distance from a plaza that had a Cuban Restaurant and other food choices. Also had easy access to drugstore. Early morning walks recommended, especially to the beach.

Our stay was for 10 nights. Our so-called studio (for me, this is a regular hotel room) had an amazing view of the bay, spectacular, with large balcony. We were on the 14th floor, but which apartment you will obtain is a subject of availability. All is as on the photos - the beds, the renovated bathroom, and the storage (big enough). The swimming pool was good as well. The host - Victoria rentals are real professionals, very responsive and helpful.

We weren't given a room! They didn't answer my messages and calls! My family had to sleep on the street! Thanks to Booking's support, I was able to get my money back! I do not recommend this room/hotel to anyone! You will only waste your time and money!
