The location is fabulous. It is next door to the brewery and the bath houses. Across the road from restaurant’s, bars and shops. The hot spring bath tub is wonderful. Being able to enjoy that in your hotel room is special. We purchased a bath bomb and enjoyed a relaxing bath with the benefits of the natural hot spring water. Bed was comfortable.

All the services since the very first moment we have got into conversation. We have got a free upgrade room because of our Honeymoon what is unusual in America. Usually nobody cares. Room was amazing. Clean huge great view. Staff we’re really friendly and many options offered by the hotel.

A great variety of activities for both old and young alike. We spent most of our time on bathhouse row taking mineral baths & getting massages, but also stayed in a cabin on the lake, visited the gardens and the casino and enjoyed eating at Grateful Head Pizza, Superior Bathhouse Brewery, and Brick House Grill. All a 10/10.

It’s a nice little getaway. Not too far away.

It’s a nice little getaway. Not too far away. If you want to relax and enjoy the downtown atmosphere, hiking, offroading at Hotsprings Offroad park and enjoy the restaurants on Hamilton lake. Restaurants, fisherman’s wharfs , Buba brews , back porch grill and The Pancake shop for your breakfast.

I have stopped in Hot Springs on my travels between Kentucky...

I have stopped in Hot Springs on my travels between Kentucky and Texas many times. It is a gem of a little break, a mini-vacation. It is a National Park with great hiking in a lovely setting. It is also the home of natural springs, and numerous bathhouses offer treatment and spa services at reasonable prices. Stopping for a self-care vacation is an excellent way to unwind and rejuvenate. This time, I decided to try one of the spas located outside the downtown area and was extremely pleased. I visited Chrysalis Spa, 4332 Central Ave., a short drive from downtown, and they did not disappoint. Both the facial and massage were excellent. I highly recommend their services!

This was one of the friendliest places I have ever been! Everywhere we went people would say Welcome In! May we help you? That means so much, truly. All of the food was good. Diablo downtown on Bath house row, and Fisherman's Wharf was scrumptious! Then there was Garvin Gardens! It was exquisite. So many different specimens of Japanese maples and they were putting up some of their Eight Million Lights for the Festival of Lights. I have no doubts it will be breath taking!

Its a beautiful town with lots of history.

Its a beautiful town with lots of history. Very confusing town to say the least. I have never been to a state park that actually was part of the town itself. We also didn't know a festival was going on the weekend we decided to come. Made it hard to enjoy the town and atmosphere. Definitely a money town. Similar atmosphere to Gatlinburg strip. Food, drinks, culture, and sites were amazing. Not a lot of free things to do or if so, we didn't find any.

Hot Springs is a great place for tourists.

Hot Springs is a great place for tourists. There is bathhouse row and, my favorite, the Gangster Museum located downtown. There are lots of hole-in-the-wall restaurants all over the place, which is where we ate some our best meals. One of the major drawbacks about downtown Hot Springs is the parking - it's terrible! I also rarely saw any police presence while I was visiting the town.

The location was right across the street from Hot Springs National Park. It was about a block from the Arlington Springs Hotel where we were attending a film festival and Bathhouse Row was just beyond that. The room had everything we needed including a jug to use for water from a nearby spring.

No breakfast. Place was under new management. Remodeling was underway. Some rooms had broken windows & discarded furniture was piled in the parking lot. Plus there was a musty smell in air. Oh, and I forgot the ants in the room and on the bed. I'm sure it will get better in time.
