Gorgeous view from our very comfortable and clean room. Amazing view from the pool. Excellent varied food available at the buffet. But the real special part about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are professional, kind, deeply caring, friendly, helpful and basically perfect. We had wanted to stay more days but as it goes with backpackers, our plans changed so we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer and gotten to know the staff even better.

Such a nice hotel to stay in!! The owner is beyond helpful with everything. The room was so spacious and very comfortable! It’s in such a perfect location, just a 2m walk across the road to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!! Complimentary teas/coffees/sweets/bananas etc. in reception which was so nice!

Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

Do not take a ride in the Rickshaw as they dont tell u the price then tried to charge us 500000VND for a 10 minute ride. Make sure you have cash is king as we had issues with Wise Cards at some Atms Use grab Taxis much cheaper than one off the street

The city is vibrant, with great culture, people, sightseeing places, food, prices. Unfortunately, Nha Trang is packed with russians, they are rude, aggressive, scandalous. Locals might not know English at all but will know some words in russian instead, which is annoying. 90% of store sings are in russian as well, it felt like we are in a russian-occupied town.

Great Room and view. We stayed on 11th floor and had a dinky balkong with a view of the Sea. Nice, bright, modern, clean room that was quiet!! Kettle available with coffee :-) Good Customer service, storage for motorbike. Perfect location in the centre, easy walk to all the sites. Travel Hint: There was a great local cheap veggie restaurant just round the corner that we ate dinner and breakfast (open 8-22) as hotel wanted 150k each for brekki! Delicious and good customer service. We recommend.

The service at the hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. From checking in at the front desk Scott was extremely helpful and accommodating. Kathryn at the restaurant was so amazing with our large group, made a room available every morning and provided excellent personalized service. We would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton for our next visit. In fact all the service and staff were lovely.

Very nice hotel with marble tiles and 24/7 reception desk. Large enough double bed in front of LDC TV with 815 channels ! Mini fridge and kettle are there. 2 mini bottles of water are supplied daily when the cleaning team does the room. Huge buffet breakfast offering both Vietnamese and Western styles foods. The staff are truly top notch, always helpful and smiling making you welcome indeed. Truly worth 5 stars rating
