We had an amazing stay at Cuc Phuong Meni. The property was very clean, the owners were so kind and welcoming. It is located close to the park. The breakfast was delicious. One of the best place we have stayed at so far.

We had such a lovely stay at the villas in Ninh Binh! The location is super authentic, tucked away in nature with stunning views of the rice fields and nearby mountains. The architecture and decor are quite beautiful and it fit perfectly with the surroundings. Nga welcomed us when we arrived and took care of every detail throughout our stay. She was so kind and sweet, really made us feel at home. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and just enjoying the beauty of the place. And the dinner, wow! You have to try it. It felt like our own private gourmet restaurant. Highly recommend this place if you want an authentic experience in Ninh Binh and amazing local food!

The place is huge which was surrounded by nature. If you want to relax and be calm this resort is highly recommended

Beautiful rooms and dedicated staff! I stayed at five different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and I can say without a doubt that Tam Coc Lion Kings Hotel was the best one I stayed in. First of all, the staff are SO kind and helpful and attentive. I’m sorry that I didn’t get their names but two different women at the front desk were so helpful to me. The first one was when I checked in and she so very kindly offered me early check-in so I could have breakfast (I arrived at around 8:30 AM from Hanoi) while she prepared my room and after breakfast, she was eager to help me plan tours in Ninh Binh without being pushy. She offered all the help she could, like if I wanted to rent bikes or motorcycles, what times I should visit this and that attraction, etc. Then the other receptionist when I got my bags the following night (they allowed to keep it after I checked out that afternoon), gave me another bottle of water and a wafer biscuit to take with me on my overnight train trip. She also carried my suitcase and was just very caring that I could get into my grab taxi properly. They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did and I’m so grateful, it made me feel so welcome as a guest. Then of course, there’s the room. I booked the superior double/twin room with mountain view and it was such a beautiful room! The first thing I noticed was how pleasant it smelled, I loved it so much. The bed was big and comfy and had everything I needed in the room. There was also a huge window (and I mean HUGE, like it spanned an entire wall) and it let in so much natural light, which I so loved. My only complaint about the room was the water, when turned to hot, was scalding and the shampoo and shower gel didn’t smell good to me. They have free buffet breakfast with my booking. The fried rice was amazing and the fruits were fresh. Everything else was basic but truly filling.
