We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

Really close to the airport. We had an early morning flight from Hanoi and hotel staff provided us some food, fruits, coffee to take away and a free taxi to the airport as well. There are some restaurants and places to eat nearby. Also some spa. Special thanks to Ms. Dung. She took care of our visit, met us, suggested places to eat, to have massage and arranged the food and taxi to the airport for us.

About 15 minutes on foot from the airport. If you arrive late at night, I strongly recommend that you stay overnight at a hotel around here instead of going to the center of Hanoi. The room was clean, and the receptionist was very helpful.
