The owner is very helpful, you can get a ride on the motorbike to or from the beaches for 20000. Very good contact on whats up. He arranged the boat ticket, met me when the boat arrived and he also drove me back to the harbour after my stay. He let me stay a little after the check out time until the boat time without additional payment. He speaks decent english. Is is a simple standard, not for luxury travellers but you have everything you need. The water in the shower was hot and good pressure. I don't think room cleaning is included while you stay. No bugs or mosquitoes.

From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.They were always available whenever we needed assistance or had any queries. Their warm and welcoming nature immediately made us feel at home, and they made sure to address all our needs and requests promptly. It was truly refreshing to experience such genuine hospitality. The host took customization to a whole new level by preparing meals tailored specifically to our preferences. The cleanliness and hygiene of the homestay were impeccable. It was clear that they took great pride in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay, knowing that hygiene was a top priority. One of the highlights of this homestay was the breathtaking view of the ocean. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling waters was truly mesmerizing. The homestay's location offered a panoramic view that was nothing short of spectacular. To sum it all up, this homestay was an absolute gem. The combination of a helpful and polite host, customized and delicious food, clean and hygienic accommodations, and stunning ocean views made our time there truly unforgettable. It was so lovely to stay here with Hiep and Tung. The rooms and delicious food were great value, and Hiep and Tung were so helpful and kind. The snorkeling and fishing trips were fabulous (even though we barely caught any fish...haha!) And Tung was kind enough to follow us and tow us home when we struggled to row the basket boat that we hired from them....they are much harder to use than they look! The village itself is a gorgeous place to unwind for a while...so nice to get away from the crowds in Hoi An. Thanks again...we will be back!

The property was perfect, as described. The setting was outside the main area and amongst the local people which was great. The locals were very welcoming and friendly. The owner communicated really well and Dung the young lady who looked after us was really supportive and helpful. We felt surrounded by nature and the beach was only 10 minutes walk away.
