The hotel has an elevator, making it easy for my son to move around in his wheelchair. I’m quite particular about this, and the hotel staff were very supportive. Our room was on the fourth floor, featuring two spacious and comfortable beds. The food also suited our taste perfectly.

The staff are amazing! They are so helpful and attentive! Also very friendly and welcoming which is so nice after some other places we've been The hotel it's self is beautiful, well kept and somewhere you want to spend time The rooms are clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need, and even if it's not the staff try their best to help you We especially like that there is a cafe downstairs as this is convenient and brings a welcoming feeling, with great food and drinks

The owners of the hotel are a beautiful family, who were very responsive and helpful. We have purchased a cruise through the hotel (Apollo one) and were very happy with the choice. Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

The staff is incredibly helpful, they put a lot of effort into getting me back an item I left in the room. The design of the room and the whole hotel is excellent. We were surprised by the fully equipped SPA with a Harvia finnish sauna. It also smelled nice everywhere.
