We just returned from a weekend getaway at Gillham Vineyard Hoteld with two other couples. One of the couples had been there before and invited us along. There was so much to enjoy - the views, the wine, the pool, and more. But for us what truly stood out was the exceptional service. As frequent travelers, we can confidently say it was one of the best service experiences we've ever experienced. Throughout our stay they made us feel incredibly comfortable. Whether it was the warm receptionists who greeted us with smiles and remembered us, or every employee we encountered during the day, the service was top-notch. It's always my first choice in Kyrenia. It's wonderful that it's back in service with its new and renovated design. The rooms are spacious, the minibar is fantastic, the bathroom is fantastic, the beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent as always. My top reason for choosing this hotel is the wonderful staff, always ready to help, always polite, and positive. Room service is available 24/7, the prices are very reasonable, and everything is delicious. HK is very willing to clean every morning. They are fast and practical. Just a message to guest relations is all it takes; they are always eager and prompt to fulfill all your requests. I'd like to thank İlayda Hanım in guest relations. It is off the beaten path but so worth it they could not do enough for us was a last minute valentine's break and was sooo romantic they pulled out all the stops think candles rose petals cheap but good 3 course meal chef knows what he is doing even live singers who were amazing singing in English and Turkish the bar area made it! In a cave like setting water features fires mood lighting small but perfect little place. Should definitely be on the map which it wasn't they need to sort that for people to find them ☺️

Recommended by chatgpt,this was a last minute get away. Ive always been a traveller all my life but the inclusivity of the hotel made me a vacationer this time. Everything I needed was in the premises. My flight was later in the evening and I requested to check out late. I really appreciated their understanding. Will definitely be coming back.
