We loved it was a little out the way of the hotel zone so wasn’t as busy but still had coffee and restaurants nearby. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!

I highly recommend this place for any length of stay in Playa del Carmen. The price-to-value ratio is unbeatable. The location is ideal—just a few minutes' walk to the main public beach, the ferry, 5th Avenue, Walmart, and the ADO station. The flat itself is spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything you might need—without unnecessary clutter. The bed is super comfortable, there’s plenty of storage with hangers and closet space, and the spacious living room stays cool and even has a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans, knives, a coffee machine, a microwave—nothing was missing. The building is also high-tech, and the air conditioning works flawlessly. The only downside was the cleaning service. The apartment is serviced every other day, which usually includes fresh towels, linens, and a general cleanup. However, while the sheets weren’t changed (which was fine), the cleaner unnecessarily reorganized my belongings—moving things between rooms, including personal items like those on my bedside table. That felt intrusive, and I imagine most people wouldn’t be comfortable with it. That said, this minor inconvenience was completely outweighed by the landlord, who is exceptional at what he does. The check-in process was seamless, the flat was perfectly prepared, and—most impressively—he carried my massive suitcase up three flights of stairs without me even asking. A huge gesture that alone deserves a 5+ star rating!

Tulsayab is a beautiful, quiet, condo complex nestled between the calm turquoise waters of Tankah Bay and the jungle. The penthouse was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and basics like water, coffee, tea, and olive oil. The views from the penthouse are epic and we spent morning drinking our coffee and evenings watching the sunset from up there. The pool area is lovely with lots of trees and wildlife. There are plenty of loungers and hammocks to relax in. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The water is clam, shallow, and clear; it’s perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and swimming. There is coral along the beach and in the water so water shoes are a must. With water shoes we walked for miles in both directions and found lots of fun places to swim. Tankah Bay has about four or five small restaurants (a bit expensive but good) and Casa Cenote with a resident crocodile to visit. I recommend renting a car for picking up groceries in Tulum, exploring the area, and driving to the restaurants at night. The road isn’t as bad as other reviews say it is and a regular car is all that is needed.

Every morning began with a smile — the atmosphere of peace, comfort, and harmony was something truly special. The apartment had everything I needed — everything worked flawlessly, and I never felt any discomfort. The pool was an absolute dream — crystal clear, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. A perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world. But what truly impressed me the most was the woman managing the apartment. She was always available, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. Her care and support made me feel safe and completely at ease — that kind of hospitality is rare and so valuable. The location is another great advantage — everything is close by, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. And the best part — the price was surprisingly affordable. For such a high level of comfort and service, it was a fantastic value. I received far more than I expected. This place was a true discovery for me. If you’re looking for an apartment that is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with a pool, excellent service, and at a fair price — this is the one. Truly grateful for this experience. Everything was simply perfect.

The house has everything you need to enjoy your days, the swimming pool is so good, and you have kitchen, laundry, refigretator, coffee maker even with capsules of coffe, definetely if i will travel again to puerto morelos, this will be my option. We normally went out to know puerto morelos downtown, akumal, playa del carmen and many cenotes, at the end of the day we arrive to swimm.

Acogedor Condo a metros de la 5ta Avenida se nachází v centru města Playa del Carmen a poskytuje venkovní bazén, fitness centrum, terasu a ubytování s výhledem na město. Location was fantastic, just a half block off 5th Avenue, close to shopping, restaurants and Mamitas beach. The building was very secure and always being cleaned. Rooftop had a great view and good seating. While close to the action on 5th, it was quiet for sleeping.
