Pretty much everything. Is a new, very good looking house, with lovely views to the river and the mountains. Hosts are warm, helpful and welcoming. Bed is super confortable and the kitchen has every basic supplies you need to make a meal. They also welcome you with a nice bottle of Georgian wine, which was a great treat! Thank you for everything, our experience in the mountains was wonderful.

The place is spacious, new, with nice terrace and amazing host! There is everything what is needed and if there isn’t - the host will bring it. We even got home made kchachapuri and a cake! Tje heart of the city is in walkable distance, and you can park a car just next to the cottage.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing cottage! It was even larger than we expected – cozy, comfortable, and felt just like home. We stayed for 2 days in the cottage — it had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the terrace was just wonderful. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Reading some of the previous comments, I’m honestly surprised by the complaints. Guys, seriously — you expect a private space and a perfect house for such a low budget? Yes, those kinds of places do exist, but they cost 3–4 times more than this one — you can see that yourselves on Booking or Airbnb. This place is an absolute gem for the price. In Mestia, for this amount, you’d normally get a room in a guesthouse with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. So please, compare a quality cottage with the actual value, not with your fantasies.
