very good and responsible owner. we came at the wrong time which was the flood time. we were stuck near the Hatyai city area but the owner always contacted us to know the situation and helped us to get to the homestay even though it was past 4 am. we were also given comfortable accommodation and exceeded the date we were supposed to leave without any charge. highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Hatyai. The area is 100% not flooded and not far from the city. the items in the house are also all like new meaning they are very well taken care of. We are from Malaysian

The house was spacious, the rooms were clean, and the location was great — not too far from the tourist areas. My family had a great time here! This property is so nice because it give a safe place for me and my family when we stuck because of flood the owner treat us like family they send us food,water supply and help us to survive from starve. After the flood water start to recede the owner help us to get out from the hatyai and send us to Malaysia embassy team that located at Central Hatyai to go back to Malaysia. This owner and her family is people that have a big heart to help other people without discrimination they help us to survive from our bad day at hatyai and give a glimpse of hope that whatever bad situation we get at hatyai we will return back but not because the hype but because of the people that help us along the journey from our bad holiday for information we book this homestay from 21/11 - 23/11 but because of flood we stay until 27/11 . The facilities and the cleanliness of this house is very muslim friendly and it very suitble for family that all from me and once again thank you for the owner and her family and all the good people that help us along our bad holiday journey 😅

Located just off the main areas, yet central enough. Super spacious common areas and rooms tucked into this shophouse. Our host was ever willing to supply additional items of need, such as a spare mattress and charging adaptors while we were out on the town. She also offered us breakfast to be delivered after our first night, which was delicious! Fixtures are brand new and an overall comfy stay for the 7 of us.
