Condominio Villa Hermosa is a lovely place. The grounds were well kept and the property manager even had various fruit trees growing on the property. We were able to taste bananas freshly picked! The pool area was great. We appreciated that this property was quite close to the Beach. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to Playa Hermosa. It was also walking distance to the grocery store where you can buy fresh produce, groceries and alcohol. I would highly recommend this property for couples and families. The place had its own individual backyard and patio. We really appreciated that it was a two bedroom apartment and it had 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. It was a relaxing vacation and we will definitely come back.

Absolutely PERFECT Stay at Casa Pampa From the moment we arrived at Casa Pampa, it was like: wow, this place is stunning. Everything in the house is brand-new, modern, spotless, and super comfortable. The condominium itself is gorgeous and honestly the best one in Liberia—quiet, secure, and with top-notch facilities. We slept like babies knowing we were in such a safe environment. The location is another huge win: just a few minutes from the airport (a total lifesaver after traveling), and right in the heart of Liberia. You’ve got supermarkets, banks, and restaurants all around—everything you need is close and convenient. And the hosts… truly exceptional. You can tell they care about every single detail to make your stay perfect. Great communication, thoughtful touches, and just genuinely kind people. It gives you so much confidence and peace of mind as a guest. In short: Casa Pampa became our favorite place in Liberia. Beautiful, safe, perfectly located, and hosted by amazing people. Highly, highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat. And if any friends or family visit Costa Rica, this is definitely the place we’ll tell them to book.

The house is in a perfect location—tucked away in a quiet, calm neighborhood, yet still close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The home itself was very clean, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed. We loved being able to spot monkeys and macaws right from the property, which made the experience even more special. The dipping pool was a great touch and the perfect way to cool off in the Costa Rican heat. The hosts were always available for any questions, and their attention to detail really showed throughout the home. This is an ideal place for a couple or a small group to enjoy everything Costa Rica has to offer—we’d absolutely recommend it!

Gail’s home was a welcoming, comfortable space and her happy personality and care made it extra special. The space is absolutely gorgeous and has all that you need. It has gorgeous wood, a queen and a twin bed in the main house, large fridge, stove, toaster oven, blender, and more. She has a large, private yard with several fruit trees and several hanging seats on the porch, as well as a full lounge area where we spent many happy hours chatting and enjoying the yard. There is also a second-floor deck with a beautiful view and a great place for doing yoga or chatting in the swinging chairs. In the early mornings, you even hear howler monkeys in the trees! (They are not loud.) Gail goes above and beyond to make it a peaceful and pleasant experience for her guests. She is a great communicator and answered all of our questions and even anticipated some of our needs we did not yet know we had. 😊 She has beach towels, a first aid kit, etc. in addition to great linens and pillows and comfy beds. The neighborhood where the house is located is close to Playa Carillo. It has a gate and private access. I took the local bus several times and it was easy if you do not have car transport. In addition to being close to Playa Carrillo, it is close to Playa Samara as well. The beaches are fabulous and so peaceful! Truly unspoiled areas. I can’t wait to go back and get some more of that peace and joy and abundant nature! Thank you, Gail!

The property is a wonderful modern house in a gated community approx 150m from the beach as the crow flies, a bit longer to walk as you have to go round the roads. But there is parking down by the beach at Hermosa and also at Playa del Coco, another lovely beach nearby. There were some easily portable beach chairs we enjoyed. The property is super clean, beautifully fitted out and has rescued us from a super dirty beach house we had rented. Everyone happier here. There is a well maintained and cleaned communal pool which in the time we didn’t use sadly but we were impressed that someone was cleaning the tiles around the pool .

Probably due to using Waze for directions, the road we took was long, bumpy and dusty. It was easier when we left. The house was great, 2 floors, full kitchen, lovely bedrooms all surrounded by nature. Our purpose was to visit nearby Playa Avellanas because we hadn't been for many years. It's so different! It's a real community now and we still love Bar Lola.
