Surrounded by trees, Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas features modern decorated accommodation with fitness and water sports facilities in Njivice. Free WiFi is provided. The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Staff is amazing. The holiday home was well equipped with nice new pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The food and drink prices are very reasonable, not excessive. You also get 10% off food at the Pizza place and Marina restaurant close by. Only a 5 minute walk. Great place for couples and family. Highly recommend the private holiday home for families.

This was our second time staying at this villa and it was just as wonderful as the first if not better! The villa itself is beautiful a new building with brand new furniture. Everything is so well thought out for the guests comfort. The pool was crystal clear and was cleaned again on our fifth day which we really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa owners are truly wonderful kind people who clearly care about their guests having a great experience. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be happy to return for a third time. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay! The host Danijela was extremely friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information right after booking and staying available if we needed anything. The house is beautiful, located in a quiet area, and very modern, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With beautiful outdoor area. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a bakery. We would definitely love to come back.

The house has been freshly renovated, and we had the honor of being the very first guests. Everything is brand new, stylish, and modern, thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. At the same time, the house radiates a calming, natural atmosphere. It’s clear that this place was created with heart. The location is an absolute dream – nestled in untouched nature, with breathtaking views. No neighbors, no traffic noise – just birdsong, the rustling of trees, and wide-open landscapes. And yet, the sea is only a short drive away. It doesn’t get much better than that. A special thanks to our host Antonio, who welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. All in all: a wonderful retreat in a beautiful home. We’d love to come back!
