We just had an amazing experience at this farm. The views of the mountains and the feel of being in a farm was enough to set a tone for a relaxing and peaceful break. The playgrounds/ basket ball court, the slides at the pool and the animals including camels, peacocks brought so much joy to our kids. We are used to watching our kids and staying with them all the time, here at the farm they were free and we all felt super safe. The breakfast and dinners were traditional moroccan cuisine and were tasty. The staff are super friendly and keen on making all needs and requests met. Mohamed at the front desk was so welcoming and offered recommendations for best beaches around and things to do in Tetouan. Omar was very helpful and offered to help me back up my car down as i was welcomed to park right in front our suite/ cabin. Bilal at the restaurant was so kind and served us all of our meals with a smile. I met the owner of the farm who was fluent in many languages, college professor who serves the guests along his staff. His hospitality and humility were very touching. And to top it off when we left the farm to the next adventure visiting the blue city chefchaouen ( an hour and 30 minutes away) i left my personal briefcase with money and all of my our passports and two staff members drove all the way to chefchaouen to bring us our passports and belongings. I have no words to describe the honesty, kindness, hospitality and integrity of this establishment and its staff. Much gratitude for a memorable and amazing stay. I highly recommend this farm. It is 15 minutes from the best beaches like Mdiq amd Marina Smir and old Medina of Tetouan.

From the moment I arrived, the place felt like home — so much so that I didn’t even feel like going out to explore Tangier. I just wanted to stay in and soak up the cozy, peaceful atmosphere. The home is beautifully done, super cozy, and full of warmth. Every time I stepped out into the city, I found myself looking forward to coming “home” again. The breakfasts were delicious, the drinks were lovely, and the views from the property are some of the best I’ve seen. I also really appreciated that it’s not crowded — it’s tucked in a quiet spot but still close to the city and just a short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect balance of calm and convenience. When I come back to Tangier, I’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Already counting the days until next time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Dar El Maq – it truly felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the medina. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the riad. It's beautifully restored with so much attention to detail, blending traditional Moroccan design with all the comforts you need. The rooftop terrace was definitely the highlight – the view of the ocean was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent every evening up there just soaking it all in. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and each had its own unique touch.

The house is amazing! It’s a real home with a great history and so many beautiful details! We absolutely love it! Our only regret that it was available only for 1 night, we would stay longer for sure, for house only. Everything you see on the pictures, even better in real life! All levels, rooms and outdoor spaces, all put with love and attention to details. Mohamed was great! Communication with him was easy before arrival. He met us outside of medina, helped with street parking and luggage to the house. In the house we were greeted with Moroccan mint tea and sweets, which was a great touch. In the morning Fatima cooked us traditional Moroccan breakfast. We had it on the outside terrace. Breakfast was huge, I couldn’t even try everything. Everything was delicious and nicely presented! Check out also was easy and again Mohamed was so helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We stayed in 7 different locations during this trip to Morocco, this is one was the best! Thank you again! What a find! Definitely don’t miss it!

Black Cactus Marshan Medina Tanger poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi a zahradu. Forbes Museum of Tangier se nachází 800 metrů odtud a Dar el Makhzen 1,9 km. What a gorgeous house! There's clearly so much love and care put into this place with the owner having done a lot of the work himself. Beautiful art, so much attention to detail. The kitchen is ready for cooking (just make sure you turn the gas on under the sink 😄) There are no doors, but curtains give privacy in this open-air home with a dining/front room, bedroom with very firm mattress, large closet area with room for hanging clothes, large bathroom with plenty of shelves and space for putting your products. There's another large room that was lovely for drinking my tea in the morning and working on my laptop. It has two twin beds in it plus a big sofa bed and the door opens right into a small courtyard. The owner, Abdul, lives upstairs and he is kind and helpful. The management company, Kasbah's Keys, was very responsive and professional. Marcine, who met me at the property was also very helpful. The location is great. It's near the palace and you can also walk down to the sea. There is fresh bread sold on the corner. You can walk to Café Hafa and the Kasbah. I loved staying there and wanted to stay longer, but the place was booked. No complaints, but a fan, for airflow, would be a lovely addition. 😄
