She went out of her way to explain where the nearest and best restaurants were (we do not speak Spanish, so she did a brilliant job!). The accommodation was rural so the scenery was beautiful. Breakfast included everything is should and more..the highlight being rich, dark honey for our bread and yoghurt!

This is an antique converted rectory that offers spacious and comfortable accommodations. The host is incredibly kind and helpful and keeps the kitchen and living room open for you with supplies of drinks and fruit - it is very charming. The village is very quiet, there's no cafe or supermarket here. In fact the roads are quite narrow through town so be prepared for an exciting time navigating. We found Google maps to be inaccurate, the best approach is to take the road through the fields to the high ground to the east. Navigate for the church. We recommend visiting the hot springs in Ourense and the Roman hilltop fort and museum, Centro de Interpretacion da Cultural Castrexa. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best places I've stayed. Really can't say anything bad about it. Not talking about stars here, just a good place to stay. Very glad I found it. Service is great, rooms ideal. I like the location. It is in a small town away from crowds, and i like that as well.
