Absolutely lovely hotel, extremely clean. All employees are incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel has nice swimming pools and even better beach with comfortable sun beds and great beach service.
The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot.
Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu.
The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far.

Clean rooms, they gave us upgraded deluxe rooms for free connecting rooms to my uncle’s room. Staff were kind, helpful and gave us drinks during checking in process. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Perfect location.

Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. We stayed at standard double king room(the good choice for 2 people). It was on the road side, so sometimes we heard some noises but nothing that disturbed us.
The pool on the roof is clean and not crowded.
Pretty good breakfast
Check in/outs were fast and pleasant. We were offered to stay at the pool as long as we wanted after checking out. Also there is a washer room available for you.
