Service, service, service. Very nice staff, in particular mr. Amit Saha. He arranged some things I could not do myself. Room very comfortable and clean, roomservice very good, breakfast good, everything very good. I could even stay a lot longer in my room (till 20.00) bacause of the plane leaving time, without paying anything extra. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Nayem is very helpful and friendly. He's always there to give you a hand in whatever you need. The other guy working there (unfortunately I can't remember his name) also was polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated. The location is great too, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. In 5 minutes, you're on the main road, with nearby food stalls, restaurants, markets, rickshaws, etc. It's 10 minutes walking to one of the main bus stations in the city, which was useful for visiting the Sixty Dome Mosque and Karamjal (Sundarbans). The breakfast was tasty and a good portion.

Excellent Service & stay! The staff is very very friendly and so helpful and caring. For Breakfast we could choose from Toast/Egg/Butter/Jam or Roti/Veggies/Omelette, coffee & Juice - both good 👍 The Hotel Adress is exactly mentioned and it is very quiet from Main road (only 2 min walking to get CNG or Rickshaws).
