The staff were very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, elegant and newly renovated. Breakfast was very nice, and so was dinner. It is located close to the Vennbahn cycle path.

An absolute gem of a place to stay canal side where you can relax and watch the world go by. The decor and styling throughout the property is exquisite and rooms very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet yet only 5 minute walk to the centre or a bike ride away from other locations (the hotel has free bikes for guests) the staff are friendly, informative and professional - some of the best I have experienced across the globe.

I travelled around the places featured in the film In Bruges. The hotel was excellent, but the city, restaurants, and boat tours were packed with tourists — make sure to book in advance. And that was on a Tuesday and Wednesday; I can hardly imagine what it’s like on the weekend. Ken and Ray apparently stayed in room 10 or 11, not 2x.

The propriety is located close to ghent, Bruges, Knokke and many other nice cities.
It is super beautiful, the rooms and the bed are super comfortable. The house and garden are very nice. And the owner was very welcoming. We were 6 people travelling and stayed for only one night, but we all agreed that we could have stayed for more.
