Augusta Apart Hotel is a nice place to end a day of roaming one of the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaíso. Our room was on the lower level, no view, but had a great, very private, large patio. It made the room bright, you didn't feel like it was below grade. We also could leave the patio door open for fresh air.
Pilar was a fabulous ambassador for both the neighborhood and Valparaíso, her insights and recommendations were very helpful. The entire team was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was very good.

Adri and Christian were the perfect hosts. Arriving exhausted after two flights from Brisbane, Adri warmly met us at the front gate and immediately took us into her care. Adri made a restaurant reservation for us, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, recommended a lovely bar where we went for a drink and booked our transfer to Valparaiso port, following up when the driver was not on time. We met Christian as he was returning home with beautiful fresh produce from the local fruit market and he presented a tasting plate for us to enjoy. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast of local delights!

The room was beautiful, the bed was confortable and the views over the city and the port were breathtaking. The location was good and quiet, thus a little far from most of the attractions of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast and the garden. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

It is a beautiful English cottage in Puerto Natales.
The place is very tastefully done by the couple who own and run the place - Carlos and Christina.
They made us feel very warm and took very good care of us during our stay there. They made us a good breakfast every morning and even on days when we had to leave early for our excursions.
They helped us with all the best tourist activities that had to be done at and from Puerto Natales.
Felt like home. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and honest people.
Very convenient place to take the navigation to Mirador Serrano Glacier.

Everything was great! The location with river and mountain views is amazing. You have the most amazing view from your bed. The beds are comfortable, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom is great. They have thought about many details that make the experience better. The hot tubs in the forest looking out onto the river were fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s not too big so it’s quiet and it doesn’t feel crowded or busy - a perfect place to relax. It was worth the drive and we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and peaceful place in nature. We highly recommend it and we would go again and again.
