What you see is what you get. The room ambience is exceptional. They have heater to feel comfortable during winter. The bathroom is clean with complete amenities. You can also adjust the water temperature. For the bed, it is clean with lots of sockets and proper lights.
The location is near the city and their famous Navat restaurant. Good place for tour activities because tour guides can pick and drop you in the hotel.

We took so much time clearing immigration as well as our luggage was lost that took us around 3 hours to get out of the airport. We booked a hotel transfer from them, though they charged us an additional 5$, which is very understandable given the waiting time, they are very patient with us. Check-in was so smooth and easy. Hotel is futuristic and clean. The best part is that there is snacks, coffee and tea all day round. The breakfast is so filling and heavy and delicious. We love it here. Globus is also near if you want to exchange to local currency. Staffs are really attentive.

Very beautiful hotel. New and clean. It has 24-hour coffee, tea and snacks. It is located in a central area. To leave you in Yandex you will put the address Baitik Baatyr 3/2. The room is excellent, very comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. Nice breakfast!

New hotel. Very nice decoration. Beautiful room. Very good and rich breakfast. Water is provided at the reception 24 hours a day. It is a little further from the main square but you follow a straight path for 15 minutes and you are in a very central location. The guys working at the reception are excellent.

The hotel is very close to the mountains — you can enjoy breathtaking views right from your window. The building itself is new, with a stylish modern design and cozy atmosphere.
Everything feels clean, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day before exploring the mountains.

Isn't this the best accommodation we ever stayed in? The location is perfect on the mountain that you could look down the city, and the staffs were so kind. You will pay a lot more for the same quality of the accommodation in different countries. Atmosphere in the accommodation was fantastic and I still remember the little hike we did around and free breakfast!
