I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries.
The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel exceeded all expectations from start to finish! all of the staff are absolutely amazing and so genuinely lovely, they feel like one big family which made the whole experience of staying here amazing. We've just spent 11 days exploring Siem Reap from the wonderful Nature hotel! This place was so lovely to stay in with incredible , friendly & warm service from all of the staff, but especially Mr Yin, Mr Run, Mr Joseph & our driver Mr Sok Cheat. Between them they managed all of our amazing tours and transport, very yummy meals and drinks, all at a very reasonable price and a huge amount of care. Our poolside room was wonderful and the pool our favourite yet! We cannot recommend them highly enough and will be sure to return - they filled our stay with many positive experiences 😊💖

Really enjoyed our stay here. Big thank you to the Muni family who couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.The room looks just like the pictures, it was very clean, had great lighting and the beds/pillows were by far the comfiest we've stayed on whilst in south east asia! We tried some traditional Cambodian desserts they'd made which were lovely. They also arranged transport for us with an amazing, friendly local Cambodian driver named Fie, who we couldn't praise enough! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Battambang.
