hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

This hotel made our trip fantastic. It is just few steps from the Anacapri center and it has beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoy everything. Rita will give you many recommandations how to spend your time on Capri at all. She also recommend us a great restaurant. Don´t forget the sunset at Faro...

We had the best experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a sea view, where we could relax in a very clean and charmingly decorated room, relax in the jacuzzi under the moonlight at night, and have the most delicious breakfast overlooking the deep blue sea in the morning. When we left, the hotel shuttle took us to the meeting point and helped us buy tickets, and we received great hospitality. The reception, driver, restaurant, and staff all provided the best hospitality. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location was close to everything. Room was very nice. Some updating though would seem resonable in the near/medium future.

The grounds of this hotel are a particular highlight, with lots of private spaces to enjoy. The shuttle that is available for guests' use is also a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!
