Breakfast buffet was to die for and one could spend a day trying to taste bits of everything on the buffet!! The rooms are wonderfully comfortable with little things like an international electrical socket near the bed, great shower water pressure. Housekeeping turndown was great, the little extra touch of a cupcake was loved by me if not my hips Location is perfect for both shopping and walking distance to Galle Face Green for exercise perspective. If its raining the gym also gives you an option - just a warning that bathers are required for the sauna... Reception, housekeeping and the restauraunt staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful, as were the security staff at the entrance Thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to more time there on my next trip

We stayed here on the last night of our trip and it couldn't have been a better way to end the holiday. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious (beautifully runny poached eggs at breakfast) and the service was fantastic. Wish we'd had more than one night!

Stunning historic Mena house in a perfect location between Colombo and Colombo airport. The hotel is a true gem. Local cuisine is served at the restaurant ( amazing ) and the swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind. Had one of the best massages of my life at the hotel spa ! I truly recommend it!
