The service was exceptional, they made bespoke accommodations for us as we were there to do an early morning ride. Hamad made sure we had breakfast ready at 4.30am and drove a support car for us throughout the ride providing water, ice and food to get through the ride in the heat. Really great service and thank you Hamad for taking care of us!

His only concern is the customer’s satisfaction. I liked the hotel and staying in it because of Haroun Al Rashid and regarding the property was wonderful and clean and size of room space was excellent and suitable for 3 people. It was not narrow and not wide. It was suitable. Honestly, everything was clean.
