Even before our check-in, they were available via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The rooms were comfortable and offered a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding area of El Calafate. The price was competitive compared to other hotels that may charge more while offering less. As a bonus, your stay includes access to the pool and sauna, which adds an extra touch of relaxation!

Hotel Sierra Nevada is situated in the main street of El Calafate, offering views of Bahia Redonda and the Glaciers National Park. Rooms include a TV, and free Wi-Fi is available. The place it’s very cozy, clean , the view is great when we were in the beginning of spring and some snow falling down. Staff were very nice and there was an issue with one of the room and they relocated my friend. They were giving there best. Food maybe is not the best, basic, but that was expected
