The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

We had a short stay to visit Eibsee and Zugspitze, and the hotel's location was convenient for public transportation and close to some great restaurants. The reception staff were also super helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast was impressive: delicious, lots of options, amazing playlist playing. I highly recommend the place for romantic getways! It is perfect! The room was huge, all in a woody/red/burgeoise vibe. We loved it! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so you can visit everything by walking. Reception staff was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast team was super kind and warm! Your team is doing great!
