The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Tento hotel stojí naproti vlakovému nádraží Garmisch-Partenkirchen a zubačky na Zugspitze. Location of the hotel is excellent, right next to a train station. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was a loft room (you had to watch for your head at certain parts of it) but it was of good size and even the bathroom had a window with the view of nearby mountains, I was really pleasantly surprised by that detail. Breakfast was good, not such a big selection but there were some nice options.

Centrally located, convenient parking, helpful smiling staff, excellent breakfast! We were surprised with accommodations in a more comfortable room than booked, for which we are grateful! We will be back for a longer stay.
