Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

Tento okouzlující rodinný butikový hotel se nachází v klidné boční ulici v srdci oblíbeného bulharského lyžařského střediska Bansko. Individuálně zařízené pokoje mají kabelovou TV a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !
