Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. The receptionist at that time was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and tidy. The design was industrial but very comfortable.
