Fantastic privately owned property. Two separate suites in a straw built house. Lovely and warm in April when temp outside was 10oC. Relaxing swing seat opposite the rooms. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Super comfy double bed with homemade sheets, small kitchen, table and chairs and en-suite bathroom with homemade sink, tiles and towels. Will Definitely return.

Efficient, spacious in way laid out even though actual space was compact. Clean, cheerful and had everything we needed in kitchen area and bathroom. Nice closet for coats etc.!

Feels like a Scottish mansion from the inside. Really cosy. The location is also great, a quiet neighborhood but just 10 minutes walk from the lakeside and the downtown area. Free (sweet) breakfast which was really good, way better than the free breakfast one gets at the usual corporate hotels. Free parking. Highly recommend - would stay there again without thinking twice!

Very large hotel in a quiet and calm environment. The staff was kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking is available for free. The breakfast buffet is simple but has everything you need.

Located in downtown Kingston, Ontario, this hotel is 2 blocks from the harbour and 10 minutes' walk from the Marine Museum. Hotel very well located, close to waterfront and downtown core. Room was very comfortable.
