Received a surprise free room upgrade to a loft, the room was amazing, with a large terrace. Bathroom was modern and spacious, with a separate shower and bathtub. Would definitely return here next time in Basel.

I loved the vibe of the place, the lovely people at reception, the plants, graffiti, the comfortable beds, the available kitchen, the price, the location, so well connected with the old center, airport, main train station.

The room was clean and quiet even though it is on a Main Street. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. The building is beautiful, the room was much larger than expected, and the facilities were quite new. There is also a small garden inside the hotel. Among all the places my friend and I stayed during our week-long trip in Switzerland, this was the one we were most satisfied with and considered to have the best value for money.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. Great location. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good range of choice at breakfast. City pass covered tram use and 50% discount at the Kunstmuseum Basel. Highly recommended.

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! We appreciate all the advice from the receptionist and his generous and kind gesture of allowing us to check in 1 hour earlier. It is very much appreciated! We are very grateful! Such a customer-oriented approach, highlighted by the comfortable beds, soft bathrobes with slippers in the room, the wonderful view from the window, festive lanterns on the balcony railings, a view of the spectacular fireworks on New Year's Eve, an extremely delicious breakfast and friendly polite ladies in the restaurant every early morning- all of them made our stay in Hotel truly unforgettable. Euler Basel Hotel deserves 20 stars!
