We were highly inspired to see how Katia has served the visitors at the breakfast, asking for coffee, smiling, greeting and she knew where we come from and at which room we stay. Benvenuti all'Hotel Gabbani, un'oasi di comfort e design situata nel cuore di Lugano, a Piazza Cioccaro. Beautiful place in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff, great bathroom and delicious breakfast. Excellent restaurant. The stay came with entry coupons for an exclusive club and discount vouchers for their shop.
