Location is perfect.. It's in the middle of the old city and very near with the station. The room was very-very clean comfort.

Beautiful queen Victoria suite with spectacular views of lucerne. Friendly and helpful staff and great service. Breakfast was delicious.

I booked for two nights, location was perfect and near to pier and attractions. Room was clean and looks brand new.

The hotel is in a STUNNING location, with the lake and mountains in front of you and a cute village at the back truly beautiful. The staff were also super helpful and kind.
