We were even given a voucher for travel within the town

Plunge into the wonderful swimming pool amidst a large park after a day of doing sightseeing or business in Lugano. The hotel is absolutely exeptional. Clean, very well managed and up to date on furnishing. The swimming pool is as clean as can be. The pool staff keeps you well aware on upcoming happy hour at the bar :) The hotel garden is wonderful. Palm trees everywhere, quiet park tables for a private piknik. The restaurant behind the hotel is absolutelly great. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the train station where you can also take the funiculore down to the town. Only good things to say about the breakfast.

All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Coffee and tea facilities are offered for free. The location is stunning. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the room was spotless and comfortable.
